These terms are an agreement between you and Rabt ("Rabt", "we", "us") about using the Rabt app and this website. By using Rabt, you agree to them. Please also read ourPrivacy policy.
1. Who can use Rabt
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country if it's higher, and able to agree to these terms. You need a phone number that you're allowed to use. One account per number.
2. Your account
- Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. Rabt will never ask you for a code.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your name and photo must not pretend to be someone else.
3. Using Rabt well
Don't use Rabt to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten, bully or exploit anyone, or share content that sexualises children;
- send spam, scams or unwanted bulk messages;
- share content you don't have the right to share;
- interfere with Rabt, get around its limits or security, or access accounts that aren't yours.
4. Your content
What you send and share stays yours. To run Rabt, you give us permission to store, carry and show it only as needed to provide the service, for example to deliver an encrypted message, stream a lounge to its listeners, or keep a broadcast lounge's recording for replay.
One-to-one and group chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't see their content. Lounges are shared with the people in them, and comments in lounges hosted by Rabt are public to everyone watching.
5. Lounges
- Hosts are responsible for running their lounges and can move people on and off stage or remove them.
- Don't record or rebroadcast other people in a lounge without their permission.
- We may end lounges, hide comments or remove people who break these terms.
6. Reports, suspension and bans
You can report people and content in the app. We review reports and may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. If we suspend or ban your account, we'll tell you in the app, and you can ask us to look at the decision again by emailing contact@imrabt.com.
7. Other services
Some features use content from other services, such as GIFs and stickers. That content is provided by them, and their terms may apply.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Rabt, so features may change or go away. We try to keep Rabt running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. See Delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Rabt is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't make promises about Rabt beyond what these terms say, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for what other people say or do in Rabt. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Law and disputes
If you have a problem with Rabt, please email us first at contact@imrabt.com; most things can be sorted out quickly. These terms don't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app for important changes. If you keep using Rabt after that, the new terms apply.
13. Contact
